Clients are entitled to dispute the delivery of the agreed upon service, whether that be due timeliness or quality issues. In the case that resolution between A&M Prestige and the client is not reached, legal actions permissible by either party.
Services agreed upon are subject to cancellation by A&M Prestige or the client at any time. Clients cancelling their service will be billed through to the end of their monthly bill-cycle. Clients are entitled to cancel, and continue to receive the agreed upon services until the cancellation comes into effect.
